Return Policy

Shipping: 

Online orders will be shipped within 3-5 business days of purchase, although we try to ship as quickly as possible.  Once shipped, you will receive an email with tracking to be able to track your delivery.   

Blue Porter Boutique is not responsible for items lost or stolen once delivered to the shipping carrier.  Once scanned in by the shipping carrier, Blue Porter Boutique no longer assumes responsibility for the package.   If there is an issue with your package delivery, please contact the shipping carrier.  

 

Returns:

We are happy to offer a flexible return policy.   All items that qualify for returns, must be returned in original condition with tags attached.  We can not accept worn or washed items for return.  All returns must be processed using our return manager on the website. If the return is approved, your item must arrive back to the store within 7 days of the return approval or the return will not be accepted. 

  1. Purchases are available for return for store credit within 14 days of purchase.    Please email info@blueporterboutique.com to initiate a return. 
  2. All sale items (website or from social media) including Steals & Deals or special Facebook group sales are final sale and not returnable.

 Return shipping is the responsibility of the purchaser.   Use the link on our home page to request a return.  

 

Damages: 

We inspect every item as it is received in our warehouse.  However, if you do receive an item that is damaged, the damage must be reported within 7 days of the order to be eligible for replacement or refund.
